In the Raise Group, the good dialogue between hairdresser and customer is crucial to our success. It’s the hairdressers in the salon that build our brands daily and create the customer experiences. Therefore, we focus on the customer with the goal of developing engaging concepts and market initiatives that help attract newcomer customers who choose us over and over again.

Cecilie is educated at the Norwegian School of Economics, BI, and holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing Communication from the University of Greenwich, London. She has extensive experience in marketing, chain management and assortment and category management of strong brands, both from Mills DA’s supplier site, from Boot’s pharmacy as a vertical integrated pharmacy chain and Deli de Luca / Tiger as as part of NorgesGruppen.
